The new issue of NME reveals the White Stripes will be showing the upcoming DVD, Under the Blackpool Lights, in full, in certain theatres across the UK. It all starts off with a special preview at the Leeds Film Festival. The dates and locations are:

This site is reporting the White Stripes upcoming live DVD, Under the Blackpool Lights has been pushed back from 10/26 to 11/23. This is all I have heard about this but if I hear anything more official I will let you all know.
